Apostle Alton R. Williams has served as Senior Pastor of World Overcomers Outreach Ministries Church (WOOMC) in Memphis, Tennessee, since 1981. Williams earned his bachelor’s degree from LeMoyne-Owen College and his graduate degree from The University of Memphis.
